  • Do your design studio consultants make house calls or in studio appointments?

    • We offer free in-home or in-store design consultations.   Please make an appointment via text, email or Facebook.

  • How do I obtain a fabric sample?

    • We recommend ordering swatches to see colors and textures accurately. Small swatches may be ordered from each product page on our web site and small swatches are free (a small shipping charge applies). We let you borrow fabrics.

  • Do you offer designer discounts?

    • Our Designer Discount Program offers a discount every day to qualified designers on regular-priced fabrics, and custom labor services. Designers who purchase more than $10,000 annually earn Designer Rewards. Ask for an application.

  • Do you ever have "sales"?

    • Sign up for our email list in the lower right corner of each page on our website to be notified of sales.

  • Do you offer gift certificates?

    • Gift certificates for use in our design shop for services or classes can be purchased online.

  • Could I just clean upholstery furniture and get the same as reupholstery?

    • Many customers think that the reason there is a zipper in the back of sofa or chair cushions is so that the cover can be removed for cleaning--not so!  The zipper is to make it easy to stuff the cushion filling into the fabric cover--not to remove it. Furniture seat and back cushions should be flipped and rotated periodically for more even wear.  This will also balance exposure to the sun.  If your upholstered furniture requires cleaning, please call a professional service. They carry special cleaning agents, know how to apply them, and know how to prevent leaving a "clean spot.“
